What is Info Desk?
Info desk is a stationary actual desk where there is a member of Beokocka stationed at all time. Whatever question, doubt or inquiry you have, Info Desk is a great place to go.
Members stationed on Info Desk usually speak few languages fluently, and they are dressed in Beokocka long sleeves shirts with collar, with stitched Beokocka logo on the front, above the pocket, on the collar and on the arm, near the shoulder
Different colors of shirts represent different teams, but don't worry - if you see Beokocka logo on shirt - member is there to assist you
On Info desk you can find:
Charge boot - a small assembly of chargers on which you can attach your mobile to charge. For now, only Android supported. Your phones will be safe there under eyes of member who is stationed at Info Desk. Up to eight phones can be charged at the same time
Your ID tag - three layered ID tag, first having your name and flag of the country you come from or represent, second layer with timetable summarized and third with all relevant info, like where you are stationed, address and Google map picture of hotel location, party locations, important phone numbers, Wi-Fi pass etc.
Timetable, printed - you can never have enough of timetables, they do tend to get lost
Reading boot - LEGO themed magazines and books - for reading, if you have spare minute
