Collaboration dioramas

We have a few colab dioramas. That means you can add your tree, warrior, elephant or car, big as a house or a small moc that fits the palm. Please contact our diorama's master builder Kovacs Jonas.

AFOL LOUNGE (2)

Entrance to the AFOL Lounge is allowed only to visitors with cards. Food and cooled drinks in AFOL Lounge are free for use. AFOL Lounge is acclimatized. WiFi access, Charge Boot, Fridge and continuous projections of Cinebrick stopmotion movies made with LEGO bricks. Most of the activities will happen in AFOL Lounge.

FRIENDLY AFOL BUDDY

During August, registered groups and individual AFOL guests will be paired with their Friendly AFOL Buddies - Beokocka and other serbian club members - who will be available, waiting on arrival to help visitors find hotel and event venue, help them with local customs, currency and all matter visitors could need assistance, with one word, he/she will be the person to-go for anything needed.

Please be advised: if you share alcohol with your Friendly AFOL Buddy, he/she will be much more friendlier, but will forget EVERYTHING and, like in any FRP game, you can choose: fun or wisdom. ;)

AFOL Night(s)
Event will contain:
– diner (Swedish table), unlimited food.
– drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), unlimited drinks.
– tasting of our own “Brick Schnapps” made from Lavender and Fig.
– pickup of “Thank you” gift bags.
– AFOL games.
– Auction.
– lottery (there will be something big, two years ago one lucky AFOL got a Death Star set. :)

Dinner:
• food: barbeque mix meat, pie (cheese, potato and plain), vegetables, additional seasoning. Unlimited supplies
• drinks will include beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, Serbian orthodox schnapps (rakija) in different tastes and mineral and plain water. Unlimited supplies.

SETTING UP (TEARING DOWN)

There are plenty of tables prepared, with black or dark blue cloth, each with electricity (220V, standard European plug). Please stick to the Timetable, exceptions must be organized in advance and you need to inform the organizers during MOC registration.

INFO DESK:

At the entrance of the main hall (1) there will be INFO desk with custom maps of the event, custom maps of the city, printed timetables, signing in forms and a member of Beokocka fluent in English (and at least one more language; Italian, French, Spanish) who can give guidance.

• All Beokocka members will have clear markings on their shirts, and all will be thoroughly informed about next action or event, and all will be available for inquiries.
• All members of Beokocka are fluent in English.

A pleasant sound will mark new happenings when they start.

CHARGING BOOTH

In the AFOL Lounge (2) there will be a charging area with most of the types of cell and laptop chargers. All visitors are free to use them.
Electrical voltage is 220V and frequency is 50Hz. Type C is the common type of plug. There will be Charging Booth in AFOL Lounge for all of your needs, with few spare chargers for Android and most common Laptops. If you were thinking about partying and forgot your charger, we got you covered and we understand: we forgot ours also, most of times - this means FAN Weekends are party infused. :)

ROOMS

Main hall (1)
Entrance to the exhibit is free of charge. Main hall is air-conditioned. Wi-Fi access.

AFOL Lounge (2)
Entrance to the AFOL Lounge is allowed only to visitors with event cards. Food and drinks in AFOL Lounge are free of charge. AFOL Lounge is air conditioned. Provisions: Wi-Fi access, Charging Booth, Fridge and continuous projections of Cinebrick stop motion movies made with LEGO bricks. Most of the activities will take place in the AFOL Lounge.

Projection Lounge (3) (500 seats)
Outside, covered terrace

Meeting Room (4) (30 seats)
On the upper floor.

Recording Team:
Beokocka will have its own recording team that will make interviews and digital memories of the event. The package with pictures and clips will be posted on this site, in easy -to-download files.

Please provide necessary info during MOC registration.

Guided tour:
Guided tour is free of charge.
Every year we choose from available traditional tours: underground tour, river tour or open top bus tour. This year, it we will be a surprise. Bring cameras!
